Robert "Ed" Beauchamp, Sr. Nov 30, 1940 - Aug 16, 2019
Robert “Ed” Beauchamp, Sr., age 78, a resident of Upper Chichester, passed away on August 16, 2019 surrounded by his family and his devoted caretakers. He was a graduate of Chester High School. Ed started his career at General Electric, then went on to become a Sheriff in Elkton, MD before becoming sole proprietor of 2 Dunkin Donuts establishments in Phoenixville and Pottstown, PA. He was retired from Lockheed Martin where he possessed top secret clearance. Ed was an avid scuba diver who loved being on the water, as well as hunting.
He was the son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Woods) Beauchamp, husband of the late Brenda (Parrot) Beauchamp, father of the late Danielle, Eddie Jr., and Raymond, and brother of the late Betty Anne Harris and Frank Beauchamp. Ed was also predeceased by his former wife and friend Betty Beauchamp.
Survivors: his children: Tony (Kathryn), John (Bonnie), Michele Griffith (Bruce), and Rick (Yvonne); 2 grandchildren that Ed raised as sons: Anthony and Franky; sister: Joyce Fromal; grandchildren: Tony Jr., Jamie, Christopher, Valerie, Matthew, Breanna, Kimberly, Bruce II, Matthew, Nicholas, and Richard; great grandson: Austin; and his dear nephew Frank Beauchamp, with whom he enjoyed time spent.
Visitation: Thursday evening, August 22, 2019 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm and Friday, August 23, 2019 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. Funeral Service: Friday, August 23, 2019 at 12:45 pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. BURIAL: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood. In Lieu of Flowers: Donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund at www.kidneyfund.org.

I worked with Bob at Lockheed Martin for 5 years prior to his retirement. He was a truly good person and an asset to both Lockheed Martin and our national defense. He will be missed by all who knew him. My prayers go out to the family.

Bob was a great friend and associate. I worked with Bob from 1964 until his well deserved retirement. His contributions to the nations weapon system were truly outstanding. He was a very close friend for our careers. He will be truly missed. Our prayers and condolences t the family, Nat Turner
