Alice R. Linden, age 85, passed away on March 1, 2018 at her home in Rutledge, PA surrounded by her family. She was born and raised in Delaware County, and was a resident of Wilmington, DE for 25 years before recently moving to Rutledge, PA.

Alice attended Ridley Township High School, and graduated as a member of the class of 1951. She was employed at AstraZeneca in the Treasury Department and later worked for Glenwood Elementary as an aide. Alice belonged to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and St. Thomas the Apostle Church.

She was the daughter of the late Wesley Rennie Harden and Emma Harden, and the mother of the late Beth Ann Davis

SURVIVORS: her husband of 62 years: Paul H. Linden; children: Paul Linden, Thomas J. Linden (Kimberly A.), David V. Linden (Lisa A.), and Alice Marie Collins (John); grandchildren: Stephanie, Matthew, Shannon, Beth Anne, Erin, David, Zachary, Connor, Robbie, Madison, Kevin, and Kelsie; and great grandchildren: BrieAnna, Kaylee, Raina, Alana, Chloe, AllieMae, and Nora.

VISITATION:  Thursday from 9:00-10:15 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills. FUNERAL MASS : Thursday at 10:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. BURIAL: St. Thomas the Apostle Cemetery, Glen Mills.
