Angelo Francis Tiburzi, age 92, of Concordville, PA, passed away on March 31, 2021. He was raised in Chester, PA and was a graduate of Chester High School. Angelo operated Joe's Tire Shop with his father for over 35 years before retiring. After retirement from the tire shop, Angelo worked for more than 20 years for Hionis family at the Concordville Inn and Best Western Hotel. He loved to meet new people who he would share his baseball stories with and his not-so-great jokes. He was an avid sports fan, particularly baseball, where he played an incredible 36 years over 5 decades in the Delco League, starting as a teenager in 1945. Angelo's record of having performed for 23 championship teams will never be approached. He is a member of 5 Hall's of Fame for baseball and a founding member of the PIAA chapter of Football Officials. Angelo was a parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Glen Mills.

He was the son of the late Joseph and Lena Tiburzi and brother of the late Joseph Tiburzi.

Survivors: his loving wife: Maryanne (DiMatteo) Tiburzi; children: Michael Joseph Tiburzi, Angela Frances Gardner (Stephen), Robin Lynn Herd, and Kathleen Davoine (Jean-Christophe); sister: Regina Evans; grandchildren: Stephen (Katt), Angela (Dan), Ryan, Lindsey, Juliette, Alexander, and Matteo; great grandchildren: Murphy and Jack; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 9:30-10:15 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills. Funeral Mass: Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Burial: St. Michael Cemetery, Chester.
