June 5, 1939 – December 24, 2025
Ann Marie (Ree) Woodall, age 86, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, surrounded by family and loved ones. Born in Upland Pennsylvania, Ree was the daughter of the late William E. Detwiler and Anna Olga Detwiler (Hall). She was a lifetime Tinicum township resident, and in her earlier years, Ree was extremely active in the Tinicum community's functions.
Ree was educated at St. Margaret Mary's School, class of 1953, and attended Eddystone High School with the class of 1957. She proudly served Tinicum Township for 18 years as Secretary from 1978-1996. After leaving the township, Ree began working for Eagle I Electric, Inc., focusing on ARA services and B&L Sales before retiring in 2011.
An active part of her community, Ree was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, VFW FOX-SMITH 4845 Ladies Aux, and the Chesapeake Commodores Club. Ree was a past commodore of Harbour North Yacht Club, 1994. She was also former president of the Ladies Aux and former Vice-President of Lester Fire Company. Ree also served as the second ward Republican committeewoman for 16 years.
Ann Marie enjoyed boating, cooking, reading, and doing puzzles. However, more than anything in life, she enjoyed being mom-mom Ree to her adoring family.
She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband: Harold J. Woodall, two children: Willam J. Woodall and Lee Ann Cubler, one sister: Joan Loudenslager, and great-grandson: Connor Woodall.
Survivors: Her brother: John E. Detwiler (Louise). Her grandchildren: Christine (Chris), Jessica (Brian), Shannen, Angie (Dan), and Jesse. great-grandchildren: Kayla, C.J., Brayden, Nathan, Evan, Natalee, Shyanne, Gemma, and Beau, great-great-grandchildren: Julian, Zain, and Giuliana and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation: Friday, January 2, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, PA 19014.
Funeral Service: Friday, January 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, PA 19014.
Interment: Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 W. Ridge Road, Linwood, PA 19014.
