Anna Marie (Mazzeo) Dow passed away peacefully on August 17, 2023, at the age of 72. She was born in Philadelphia, PA. She was a pillar and longtime resident of Chester Heights, where she spent her childhood and received her education from Garnet Valley High School. After graduation, Anna Marie was a dedicated stay-at-home mother to her two sons, as well as the beloved "AVON lady" for many years in the community. All this before pursuing a 20+ year career in property management. Anna Marie cherished spending time with her family. As a proud mother, she went on to enjoy the fruits of her labor by later becoming a grandmother of three. She enjoyed arts & crafts, boating and summer vacations visiting family in Michigan. She was a kind, loyal and a self-proclaimed straight shooter. She was known as a loving and helpful friend to all who knew her. Anna Marie was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Ethel (Gondzar) Mazzeo, her son Austin Dow (2018), and her long time companion Edward Bogucki (2007). SURVIVORS: Her devoted son Alan Dow Jr. (Noelle), her sister Carol Mazzeo, her former husband and still best friend Alan Dow Sr., her grandchildren Aidan, Addyson, and Aaron Dow as well as her beloved cat Becky. To commemorate Anna Marie's life, a visitation will be Friday August 25, 2023 from 2:00pm-3:15pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 3:30 pm, at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. Burial will be private and at the discretion of the family.
