Annis (Glenn) Dunlap age 86 a resident of Maris Grove passed away peacefully on June 25, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Annis was raised and educated in Chester where she graduated from Chester High School in 1954. After which, she pursued a degree in nursing and became a registered nurse working for Crozer Chester Medical Center, Dr. William Cohen, Reynold's Metal and then retired from Congoleum Inc. in Marcus Hook, PA as an industrial nurse. Annis was a longtime resident of Aston and was a parishioner of Resurrection Episcopal Church in Aston. In her earlier years she enjoyed competitive roller skating. Annis also loved spending time with family in North Wildwood, NJ and playing cards. Annis was the daughter of the late Thomas and Emma (Ziegler) Glenn, sister of the late Dolores Gray, mother of the late Glenn Dunlap and grandmother of the late Timmy D. Dunlap. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years: Richard F. Dunlap, Sr., her children: Dr. Richard F. Dunlap, Jr.,(Helen) and Gwenn L. McNulty (Michael), her grandsons: Ricky Dunlap (Brenna), and Patrick Dunlap (Brittany), and her 3 great grandchildren: Lincoln and Madison Dunlap and Quinn Dunlap. Annis' visitation will be Friday, June 30,2023 from 9:00-10:30am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014 followed by her Funeral Service , Friday at 11:30am at Resurrection Episcopal Church 2131 Mount Rd., Aston,PA 19014. Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to her grandson's scholarship fund; Timothy Dunlap Scholarship Fund c/o Garnet Valley High School.
