Anthony "Cheat" D. Stanton, age 61, of Claymont, DE, passed away on September 29, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was raised in Chester, PA and attended Chester High School. Cheat worked at Penn Machine since the age of 18. He was an avid and life-long Philadelphia sports fan and was thrilled to see the Eagles win the 2018 Super Bowl. He enjoyed spending time with friends at the pub and at the Jersey Shore with his family.

He was the son of the late Mary Stanton and brother to the late Theresa and Michael.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Sandra McKenna-Stanton; Previous Wife: Deborah Stanton; Father: Donald Stanton; Children: David (Susan), Steven, and Walt Marshall; Sisters: Mary, Leona, and Irene; and 3 Grandchildren: Aidan, Luca, and Farrah.

In honor of Cheat, guests are welcome to wear their Philadelphia sports attire to his services. VISITATION: Wednesday from 6-8 pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston, PA 19014.
