Arthur (Pike) F. Jevnick, Sr. age 84, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on November 24, 2023. Arthur was raised in Essington, PA, resided in Aston, PA for 38 years, then relocated to Lincoln University, PA in 2002. Arthur served his nation proudly as a member of the United States Marine Corps from 1958 to 1962 earning the rank of Corporal. Following his military service, Arthur worked for Boeing Helicopters and eventually retired from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. In his retirement, he worked for Concord Country Club as a landscaper/groundskeeper. Arthur was a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Oxford, PA. He was the son of the late Edward C. Jevnick and Rose A. DeMarco, and brother of the late Edward C. Jevnick, Jr. Arthur is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Diane M. Jevnick (nee Robinson), daughter Christine M. Murdoch (Michael), son Arthur F. Jevnick, Jr. (Shari), and daughter Laurie A. Jevnick. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Stephen M. Jevnick (Mary), Haley C. Kellett (Chase), and Miranda E. Murdoch, and great grandchildren, Stephen M. Jevnick, Jr. and Gabriel J. Jevnick as well as several nieces and nephews. He was an avid Philadelphia sports enthusiast, loved boating on the Chesapeake, fishing, hunting, traveling, attending car shows/working on cars, yardwork, and shopping at Lowes. His greatest joy was spending time with his whole family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also a member of the Southern Lancaster County Sportsmen's Association where he enjoyed archery/target shooting.
