Augustus "Gus" Marrone, age 75, a resident of Aston passed away on July 2, 2021. Gus was raised and educated in Woodlyn where he graduated from Ridley High School. He was a self-employed autobody business owner and then a commercial construction worker for many years. Gus was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Church in Lenni. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed vacationing with family and friends at the Jersey shore. He loved the Philadelphia Eagles, and was a lifelong fan and season ticket holder for many years. Gus was loved very much, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

He was the son of the late Phillip "Hop" and Betty (Williams) Marrone.

His wife: Kathleen (Fellona) Marrone, his children: Phillip and Mallorie Marrone, and his sisters: Diane Moran and Victoria Jones and cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation: Friday, July 9, 2021 from 9:30-11:00am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston Funeral Liturgy: Friday, July 9,2021 at 11:00am at the Funeral Home.
