Barbara J. (nee Tercha) Armand, age 80, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 8, 2021. Born to Edward Tercha and Jean Miazga Friedkin in Chester, PA. She was a long-time resident of Upper Chichester, PA prior to relocating to Frisco, TX in 2006 and most recently residing in Sun City Center, FL. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Barbara graduated in 1958 from Notre Dame High School in Moylan, PA. She worked as a Product Scheduler for Sunoco Inc (Sun Ship and Sun Transport) for 29 years, retiring in 2005.

Barbara enjoyed bowling, sewing, cooking, baking, and traveling. She had a very creative eye and known as a hard worker. She also enjoyed going to the casino and enjoyed spending Saturday nights playing Pinochle with friends for many years. But most of all, Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family. An amazing mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend, Barbara was adored by all who knew her.  She was always known for her beautiful eyes and a smile that would light up the room.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her sons David Armand and Jeffrey Armand.

She is survived by her daughter: Jeanmarie Broomall (Joseph Sr) of Upper Chichester, PA; Grandchildren: Joseph Jr (Jaklynn) of Brookhaven, PA and Kaitlyn (Dennis) of Wilmington, DE; Brothers: Thomas Tercha and Edward Tercha; and Loving Companion: Ronald Shive. Barbara will be sadly missed by all, but mostly her family and friends.

Visitation: Monday February 15, 2021 from 9:15 am to 10:15 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd., Glen Mills, PA 19342 Funeral Mass: Monday, February 15, 2021 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Mass will be livestreamed at www.staparishgm.org. Burial: Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield PA. In Lieu of Flowers: donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
