Barbara E. Olsen, age 70, a resident of Aston, PA, passed away on October 15, 2025, at Riddle Hospital with her loving family by her side. Barbara was raised in Secane, PA, and was a graduate of Upper Darby High School. She was a talented seamstress and was the past owner of the Craft Hut. She used her love of crafts, games, and activities while spending time with her beloved grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Barbara was always the life of the party, entertaining for friends and family over the years. Following her ownership of the Craft Hut she began working at Cassey's Optical. Barbara was the daughter of the late George and Mary Savage, sister of the late Mary Ellen Remaize, and wife of the late Robert Olsen (2019). Survivors: Her Son: Bill Carpenter (Jennine), Grandchildren: Brody and Briley, and her siblings: Ruth Kiefer, Linda Balmer, David Savage, and Paul Savage. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation: Wednesday, October 29, at 6:00pm-7:30pm, at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014.
