Candace Trakas, age 67 , passed away on August 20, 2017 in Yeadon, PA. Candace was raised in Chester, PA and was the daughter of the late Bud and Sonya (Capro) Morgan.
SURVIVORS: Her husband: James Trakas, and her two children: Damion and Karissa Trakas.
VISITATION: Thursday August 24, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Woodlyn Baptist Church. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Memorial service will be held on Thursday August 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Woodlyn Baptist Church, located at 1125 MacDade Blvd. Woodlyn, PA 19094. BURIAL: Private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Walk to End Alzheimers at http://act.alz.org/goto/karissatrakas. Condolences: www.nolanfidale.com.
