Carmen R. Montalvo, age 81, a resident of Aston, PA, passed away December 28, 2020 at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA.

She was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Delaware County when she was young. She was a graduate of Chester High School and was employed with Catholic Social Services in Chester for 20 years. Carmen's life revolved around her grandchildren, her family and her friends. She enjoyed dancing, crocheting, baking, traveling, and attending church activities. She was a member of Holy Savior Church and St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

She was the daughter of the late Guillermo and Isabel (Alvarez) Rosado, mother of the late Mario Montalvo (Elizabeth), and sister of the late Raymond Rosado and Alfredo Santana.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Cesar Montalvo; Children: Joseph Montalvo (Sandi) Grandchildren: Mario (Amanda), Nicholas, and Dominic.

VISITATION: Wednesday, January 6, 2020 from 9:30-10:15 am at St. Joseph Church, 3255 Concord Road, Aston, PA.
