Carmen Lee Parmer of Upper Chichester, age 66, passed away suddenly on December 3, 2022. Carmen was raised and educated in Norwood, PA. After leaving Norwood, he was a resident of East Landsdowne, PA, for over 30 years. Carmen served his nation proudly as a member of the Air Force. He worked as a limo driver for Metropolis Passenger Logistics in Philadelphia, PA. Carmen was an avid and talented cook, and loved to spend his time watching sports, the History Channel, and science. Above all else, Carmen loved his family, all of whom will miss him dearly. Carmen was the son of the late Lee and Evelyn Parmer. Survivors: Wife: Kathleen Parmer, Children: Wendy Connell (Bob), Chad Parmer (Amy), Christine Worthington (Rob), Matthew Parmer (Andrea), Danielle Parmer, and Patrick Parmer. Sister: Felicia Karalis (Mark), he is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
