Carol J. Yorgey, age 80, passed away on April 7, 2019 in Wynnewood, PA.  Carol was a resident of Glen Mills, PA.

Carol loved God's word. She was always eager to learn and read more about what God has to say to us. When opportunities came her way to share how much her Heavenly Father loves us, wants to be close to us, and wants the best for us, Carol did not hesitate to point out the encouraging scriptures in the Bible. She enjoyed teaching and leading women's Bible studies, being a Sunday School teacher, a church deaconess, and helping out in the church kitchen for special events. Carol was a beautiful example of God's love, wisdom, and strength. She was a member of North Chester Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Jack and Helen Nichols.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Herbert P. Yorgey; Children: Daniel Yorgey (Ann) and Ken Yorgey (Suzy); Grandchildren: Danny (Chelsea), Laura (Stephen), Maxwell, Madilyn, and Addison; and Great Grandchildren: Aidan, Raelyn, and Caroline.

Visitation:  Wednesday from 10-10:45 am at North Chester Baptist Church, 2331 Providence Ave., Chester, PA. Funeral Service: Wednesday at 11:00 am at North Chester Baptist Church Burial:  Thursday at 11:00 am at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Rd Roslyn, PA. In Lieu of Flowers: Donations can be made to the North Chester Baptist Church.
