Catherine "Kitty" Davidson (nee Myers), age 88, passed away on June 15, 2017. Kitty was born on July 13, 1928 to the late James and Florence Myers. She was raised in Newtown Square, Edgmont Township. Kitty was a graduate of Goshen High School and was a longtime resident of Wilmington, having spent the last 5 years living in Claymont. She worked as a waitress for 47 years at the Del Rose Café in Wilmington. Kitty was a fun loving and caring woman who loved horses, crabbing, boating, the beach, the racetrack, and playing pinochle with her sister.

She was predeceased by her sisters Betty Carr and Elsie Wedin, and granddaughter Angela Poe.

SURVIVORS: her daughter: Barbara Heard (Roger); sister: Peggy Miller; special appreciation to her niece Brenda Biddle; also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
