"Chuck" Reese
November 22, 1939 – March 21, 2018
Charles Edward "Chuck" Reese, age 78, passed away peacefully March 21, 2018. Chuck was born and raised in Sandy Ridge, PA. He moved to York, PA in 1966, and lived there till 2011 when he moved to Maris Grove in Glen Mills, PA. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War era and served in Germany. He was employed by Caterpillar for 25 years as a Tool Designer. Chuck was a member of the Mount Hope United Methodist Church; serving on their Bread of Life Ministry. He also volunteered his time with Habitat for Humanity, in York, PA building homes. Chuck was a Free Mason in York, PA, and a member of the Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
He was the son of the late Ernest and the late Bernice (Boyer) Reese, and the brother of late Horace, Jack, Robert, Frank, Donald, Marietta, LaRue, and Lane
SURVIVORS: His wife: Peggy A. (Pollisino) Reese, married in 1966; his children: Matthew (Paula), and Christine (Joseph); his grandchildren: Alexandria, Gabriella, Emma, Rebecca, and Joseph; his brother: Walter, and many nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Friends may call Monday from 9 - 11 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. FUNERAL SERVICE: Funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. BURIAL: Private.
