Charles "Charlie" Edward Fell, Sr., age 53, passed away on December 5, 2018 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Reading, PA. Charlie was raised in Chester and had previously lived in Linwood for 25 years. He was a resident of Blandon, PA for the last 5 years. Charlie attended St. James High School in Chester and was a 1983 graduate of Sun Valley High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Charlie was an officer with the Chester Police Department for 23 ½ years and a police officer at Muhlenberg College for the past 4 years. Charlie was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the William Penn Lodge, and the Holy Guardian Angels Church in Reading. Charlie enjoyed Halloween, Christmas, vacations in Ocean City, Maryland, and Philadelphia sports.

He was the son of the late Emma Misturak and grandson of the late Charles and Elizabeth Giancola, by whom he was raised.

SURVIVORS: His loving wife: Karen (Baldwin) Fell; children: Michael Follett (Ashley), Eileen Garrity (Thomas), Charles E. Fell, Jr., Tara Jones (Ray), and Kaylee Ciara Fell; stepfather: Ron Misturak; sister: Linda Kessler; and many loving nieces and nephews.

VISITATION: Thursday from 10am - 12:45pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday at 1:00 pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.

BURIAL: Private.
