Charlotte "Chacha"(Blake) Ray age 70 a resident of Essington, PA passed away suddenly on May 10,2022. Charlotte was raised and educated in Aston where she was a 1969 graduate of Sun Valley High School. During her time at Sun Valley she was a a proud part of the color guard in the band. Charlotte was a bartender at the Lagoon Restaurant in Essington for many years and most recently she retired from Trader Joe's store in Media, PA.

She enjoyed DIY projects, shopping, crafting, and cooking for the entire neighborhood. Charlotte was an avid I love Lucy fan and was a member of the VFW in Essington.

She was the daughter of the late George and Charlotte (Figgs) Blake.

Charlotte is survived by her loving and devoted son, John Ray and his wife Heather and her grandchildren; Blake, Logan, and Ashlynn.

The visitation will be Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from 9:30-11:00am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston, PA.
