Christian David Valenti, 38, passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

An amazing husband and father, Christian leaves behind a life filled with love, laughter, and the people who meant everything to him - especially his wife, Jess, and their three children, Cecilia, Jack, and Charlie. Born in Binghamton, NY to his loving and supportive parents, Steve Valenti and Laurie Bishop, Christian always fondly reminisced about his childhood and lifetime memories he made there. Growing up, Christian enjoyed visiting his grandparents at Black Lake with his parents and sister, Angela, and loved his summers with his cousins that were more like siblings. He attended St. John the Evangelist and Seton Catholic Central High School, where he played soccer and basketball and made lifelong friends. Christian loved music, with many of his favorite songs and memories tied to the friends he grew up with. Those friendships lasted a lifetime, with many continuing to show their love and support over the years, and being among the people who surrounded him in his final days.

Christian attended York College, where he met his wife and love of his life, Jess, and became a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Motivated by his love of learning, he earned a second bachelor's degree at Temple University, and most recently, Christian enjoyed his work as an electrical engineer at BR+A Consulting Engineers in Philadelphia.

Of all the things Christian accomplished in life, nothing made him more proud than the family he and Jess built together. He loved being a doting husband and father. Christian and Jess's home was filled with fun, laughter, and genuine love. They welcomed three incredible children, Cecilia, Jack, and Charlie - and of course their beloved dog and "first baby", Louie. Christian cherished fishing trips with the kids, loved their family day trips to the beach, enjoyed cooking for his family, treasured his "Daddy Dates" with Jack and Cece, and had fun making music with the kids, teaching them new things, tinkering with trinkets that needed fixing, reading to them, and genuinely cherished all of the little moments at home with his family.

Christian was fun, kind, easy-going, and truly present with his family. He listened when they spoke, and made every interaction feel important. He brought warmth, laughter, and steadiness to his family, leaving them feeling incredibly loved and supported by him. He was endlessly patient, protective, playful, and proud of his family.

Christian had a way of making people feel important and cared for. He had a quick, clever wit and a wonderful sense of humor, without ever needing to be the center of attention. He was smart, thoughtful, funny, laid-back, and genuinely kind. He had a lifelong fascination with watches-both collecting and fixing them. He was the "fun uncle," often the first one in the pool with his nieces and nephews and always taking a genuine interest in what they were doing. Christian was the kind of husband, father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, friend, cousin, and godfather that everyone hopes to have. We are so grateful for the many roles he played in all of our lives. He will be remembered not only for the memories he left behind, but for the way he made people feel while he was here. He was someone everyone could always count on, always willing to lend a hand, and someone who brought warmth and laughter to a room simply by being himself. He will be missed endlessly.

Christian is survived by his parents: Stephen J. Valenti (Marcia) and Laurie Bishop, his beloved wife: Jessica (Kenworthy) Valenti, children: Cecilia Anne Valenti, Jack Louis Valenti, and Charles David Valenti, grandmother: Anne Bishop, wife of the late David Bishop, siblings: Angela Valenti (Shawn Michaels Johnson), Joseph Valenti, Zach Danvers, Lauren Danvers, Chloe Danvers, and Joey Danvers, father and mother-in-law: Roy and Joanne Kenworthy, sister-in-law's: Jennifer Milz (Chris), Jaime Sutton (Jimmy), and Michele McGugan, and brother-in-law: Michael Kenworthy. Additionally, he is survived by 8 nieces and 6 nephews.

A Celebration of Life is planned to honor Christian on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 12:00 - 4:00pm at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve - 3821 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073
