Christine M. (née Hager) Iacono, "Chris," age 91, passed away on April 7, 2026. Chris was born and raised in Media, PA, and graduated from Media High School. After graduating, she moved to Chester, PA, where she raised her family. Over the years she also lived in Wallingford, PA; Folsom, PA; Milford, DE; and Wilmington, DE, before most recently returning to Media, PA. Chris and her family were active in the Catholic parishes of the communities where they lived and were most recently parishioners of St. Joseph Church in Aston, PA. She worked as an Assistant Buyer at Kay's Fashion Center in Chester. In her free time, Chris enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, and cooking.

She was the daughter of the late Harry and Susan Hager; the mother of the late John and Mike; the sister of the late Fran and Joyce; and the grandmother of the late Meghan.

She is survived by her loving husband of 74 years, Carmen Iacono; her son, Carmen S. Iacono; two grandsons and four granddaughters; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services and burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chris's name to the Riddle Hospital Palliative Care and Hospice Team.
