Darnell Muse, Sr. 60, of Upper Chichester, passed away at his home in Upper Chichester, PA on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Son of Franklin Muse and the late Birdie Muse, he was reared in Mt. Airy in the 900 block of Roumfort Rd. Darnell graduated from "The G", Germantown High School, Class of 1982. Darnell then attended Winston Salem State, where he met and married Louise Ferebee. From that Union, they had two children: Fawn Muse and Brittany Muse. Sometime after, Darnell met Carla Dobson of Upper Chichester, PA. After many years together, they were wed on December 31, 2006. From this Union, they had 2 children Darnell Muse, II and Demitrius Muse. Darnell's life work was in the field of Collections. He was a "die hard" Philadelphia sports fan! An All-Star high school athlete himself, in football and baseball, he became a prominent player in the Leroy Kelly Baseball League. He was a Lifelong Member of Mag 4 (4's up)! Darnell is survived by his father, Franklin Muse; wife, Carla Muse; children, Fawn Wright, Darnell Muse, ll (wife Mary Kate Muse), Brittany Muse-Bruce (husband Sean Bruce), Demitrius Muse, grandchildren, Jayda & Shane Wright, Aston Brothers, Braelynn Muse-Bruce, MacKenzie & Aaliyah Muse, Aunt Catherine Bethea "Kitty" Harris and Uncle Marvin "Skip" Harris, Jr. Visitation: Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Nolan Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Avenue, Aston, Pennsylvania 19014.
