Dennis P. Ahern, age 84, passed away on July 26, 2018 at his home in Glen Mills. He was born in Bronx, NY and attended St. Teresa of Avila School in St. John's Place, Brooklyn. Dennis resided in Old Bridge, NJ for 34 years before moving to Glen Mills 7 years ago. He retired from Nynex Telephone Co. in Lower Manhattan, NY where he worked as a technician for 30 years. Dennis was a parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Glen Mills.

He was the son of the late Dennis and Mary (Kelly) Ahern.

SURVIVORS: his loving wife of 43 years: Celia A. Healy Ahern; his children: Andrew Ahern and Mary Ellen Lovejoy (Matthew); and grandchildren: Fiona and Owen.

VISITATION: Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. Funeral Mass: Monday at 10:30 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills. BURIAL: Private.
