Obituary

Diane M. Beauchamp (NEE Hoopes), age 54, died on November 14, 2017 at Wilmington Hospital, after a long and courageous battle with kidney disease. Diane was born in Chester and was a longtime resident of Chichester. Diane was a 1981 graduate of Notre Dame Girl's High School, Moylan and retired from Siemens.

Diane was a woman who loved life; she exuded happiness and positive attitude. Her enthusiasm was infectious. She never met a stranger. As a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and sister her devotion to family was unfaltering. Through all of life challenges, she remained committed to her work. Diane was a troop leader for the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America and a volunteer with the Mickey Vernon Little League. She organized the Linwood Community Day and was a member of Holy Saviour and St John Fisher Churches where she volunteered with the Women's Club, CYO, and parish lotteries.

She was the daughter of the late Charles Hoopes.

SURVIVORS: Her beloved husband of 33 years: Frank Beauchamp, loving children: Frank Beauchamp Jr. and Chrissy Blickley(Matt), Siblings: Donna Moore, Joe Hoopes, Karen Lehr, Ed Hoopes, Barry Hoopes, and Chris Hoopes, and her cherrished grandchildren: Ryan, Matty, and Emma.

Visitation: Monday evening from 6-9pm and Tuesday morning from 8:30-9:45am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston.

Funeral Mass: Tuesday at 10:30 am at St. John Fisher Church 4225 Chichester Ave, Boothwyn.

Burial: Private.
