Donald C. Aron, age 90, passed away on August 25, 2019. He was raised and educated in Oaklyn, NJ, where he resided for many years, and was a longtime member of the Oaklyn Fire Co. Donald had most recently been a resident of Delaware County, living in Bethel and Upper Chichester Townships. He was retired from SPD, Inc. of Philadelphia and was a member of the U.A.W. Local #1612.

He was the son of the late Emil C. and Carrie H. (Gleason) Aron and husband of the late Jean (Crist) Aron, who passed away in 2006.

Survivors: his son: Larry Aron (Diane Chominski); brother: Dave Aron; 4 grandchildren: Wendy Aron, Christopher (Liz) Aron, Becky (Mark) Mehl, and Molly (Don) Mangan; and 1 great grandson: Logan Mehl.

Visitation: Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. Funeral Service: Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.
