Dorothy Rose (Cassidy) Giorgini, age 82, a longtime resident of Aston, PA, passed away on November 29, 2021 with her family by her side. Dorothy was born and raised in Chester, PA where she graduated from St. Michael's Parochial School and Chester High School.

In Dorothy's earlier years, she worked as a secretary and then later as a product demonstrator at various stores. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the PA Association of the Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, Contractors for many years. She loved. dancing, bowling, traveling, and visiting her grandchildren. She was happiest with family at parties, weddings, and picnics. She loved cooking for family occasions. She was a devoted parishioner at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Aston, PA. The family would like to acknowledge the support of St Joseph's Church of Aston and their visiting Eucharistic ministers who provided much spiritual comfort to the family. In addition, the family thanks all the staff from Compassionate Care Hospice especially the CNA's (Shareema, Charlene and Sanova) for their skilled and compassionate care. These wonderful ladies provided excellent care during Dorothy's long battle with Alzheimer's, and we would not have been able to care for her at home without their help.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, John P. and Catherine Cassidy; her husband of 55 years Frank Giorgini, Jr., who passed away in 2017; and her siblings Thomas, Peggy, Jackie, Catherine, James, Anne, Dennis, and Francis.

Survivors: Children: Linda Quattro (James), David Giorgini (Dianne), Diane Anton (Mark), and Kathy Diehl (Dave) Siblings: sister Teresa "Terry" Taylor and sister-in-law Dee Cassidy Grandchildren: Julia, Daniel, Nicholas, Christopher, Joshua, Isaiah, Jessica, Alyssa, Breana, and Jamison Great-grandson: Nicholas "Nicky"

Visitation: Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 pm and Monday, December 6, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. A memorial luncheon will be announced at a later date so that all of Dorothy's children may attend.

MASKS: The family is requiring that masks be worn at the viewings and service.
