Dorothy L. (Bostwick) McKelvey, age 91, a resident of Aston, passed away on August 3, 2019. She was born and educated in Chester and was a graduate of Chester High School. Dorothy worked at the Trainer Diner and for Wick's Catering. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, the beach, time spent with family, flea markets, and attending parades. Dorothy was an artist and was active with teaching Sunday school at both Marcus Hook Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Aston.

She was the daughter of the late Howard and Myrtle (Hammack) Bostwick and sister of the late Esther March, Raymond Bostwick, Herbert Bostwick, Jane Lawton, George Bostwick, and Alice Schmidt.

SURVIVORS: her loving husband of 70 years: James L. McKelvey; and numerous loved nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friday, August 9, 2019 from 9:30-10:30 am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. Memorial Service: Friday, August 9, 2019 at 10:45 am at the funeral home. Inurnment: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood.
