Eileen "Babe" (Dugan) Kirby, age 76, a longtime resident of Garnet Valley, PA and Ocean View, DE passed away peacefully in her daughter's home, on April 12th surrounded by her family. Babe was raised in Linwood, PA and graduated from Notre Dame High School for Girls in Moylan, PA. She enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren at the beach. Babe especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren's Friday night football games, as well as baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, and softball games.

She is the daughter of the late John and Mary Dugan and sister of the late Bernard Dugan and his late wife Barbara.

SURVIVORS: Her loving husband of 57 years Blair Kirby her children Glenis Van Horn (Brian), Brian Kirby (Carolyn), and Beth Whelan (Todd) her siblings James Dugan, John Dugan, Edward Dugan, Margaret Holbrook (the late Ralph), Gerald Dugan (Barbara) her grandchildren Sean (Kelsi), Ryan, Wyatt, Ben, Abby, and Emily, many nieces and nephews as well as one great granddaughter arriving in June!
