Elizabeth L. "Betty" (Sweigert) Varrasse, age 97, a resident of Boothwyn passed away on January 21, 2017. Elizabeth was a longtime resident of Swarthmore and was employed by the Swarthmore Post Office for more than 20 years.

She was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Jeanne (Stuart) Sweigert, wife of the late Fred Varrasse who died in 2004 and was preceded in death by her daughter Jeanne.

SURVIVORS: Her 11 Children: Liz (Wayne), Mary (Bob), Richard, Julie (Al), Kevin (Joyce), Stephen, Anita (Rob), Fred, Theresa, Michael (Sheru), and Geoffrey (Kim), her sister: Josie Sorge, her brother: John Sweigert, 37 Grand Children, 35 Great Grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.

VISITATION: Saturday from 8:30-10:15am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, PA.19014. FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday at 10:30am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.
