Ellen J. Brown, age 57, of Linwood, passed away on September 16, 2021.  Born in Chester, Ellen was a lifelong Delaware County resident, most recently living in Linwood.  She was a 1982 graduate of Chichester High School.  Ellen worked at Elwyn Institute for over 20 years, a job she loved dearly, as her passion was to help others, a quality she carried throughout the entirety of her life.  Ellen enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She loved being a Mother and Mom-Mom more than anything in this world. She also loved going to church, vacationing at lakes and beaches, and being able to make others smile and laugh with her vibrant sense of humor.

Ellen is predeceased by her mother Patricia Kersey (2019).

SURVIVORS: Her beloved children Kristy Brown (Victor Varner), Cory Brown, and Courtney Brown (Raymond Rivera-Bovo).  Her siblings: Elizabeth Roland (Shaun), Ronald Trader Jr. (Lori), and Diana Naugle (Daniel), Her precious granddaughters: Kayla, Gabriella, Isabella and soon to be grandson: Wren.
