Emma Rose Marshall (Nee Benderavage) age 89 , died June 16, 2015 at her home in Virginia Beach. Emma was raised and educated in New Philadelphia, PA where she resided for more than 20 years. She lived in Aston from 1956 until retiring to Florida in 1981. Most recently Emma lived in Virginia Beach. Emma was employed by Gulf Oil as a canning line operator. She was a devoted Catholic who was a former member of St Joseph's Church, Aston and a member of the Eastern Star. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially the children.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Zutusky Benderavage. Wife of the late Harold J. Marshall (1999).
SURVIVORS: Her sons Harold W. and Robert Marshall. Daughter in law Christine J. Powell Marshall. Grandchildren Robert C. and Melanie Marshall. ). Sisters Marie Grissom, Teresa Adkins, Josephine Dorner, and brother Joseph Benderavage. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Saturday from 9:30-10:30am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston.
Funeral Service Saturday at 10:30am at the funeral home.
Burial Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston.
