Evelyn Perrera-Monaco, age 84, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2022.  Born and raised in Chester, Evelyn attended Chester Schools.  Evelyn has lived in Boothwyn for more than 40 years before moving to Newark 3 years ago.  She loved to watch ice skating, solving crossword puzzles, and the Hallmark Channel, but her family was her pride and joy. She will be missed by all, but never forgotten.

She was predeceased by her parents Charles L. Nye and Emma H. Downie, and her husband's James P. Perrera (1970) and Joesph J. Monaco (1984). Her step daughters Marie Perrera Fahy and Lorraine Perrera Wagner. She is also predeceased by 12 brothers and sisters.

SURVIVORS: Her daughter Elaine Perrera her grandsons Bryan Andrew Perrera and Matthew James Marengo. Her sister Martha Swafford and 4 step grandchildren and their families.

VISITATION Tuesday May 3, 2022 from 10-11:00am at the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston.

FUNERAL SERVCE Tuesday May 3, 2022 at 11:00am at the funeral home.
