Francis Aloysius Gibbons Loving Son, Father, Brother, and Uncle

Francis passed on September 13th, 2022 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was raised in Darby, Pennsylvania by Francis and Joan Gibbons and he was a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School. Prior to his retirement he worked many years for TWA airlines. His hobbies included sports, especially basketball. He was a member of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church.

Francis is the loving father of Francis A. Gibbons III and Maura Gibbons. Francis has been a caring brother to Margaret, Noreen, Joe, Anne, William, Hugh, Marie, Thomas, Catherine, Matthew, Eleanor, Kellie, Gerry, Joan, Eugene, Bob, and John. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Cale Francis and Carey Dale "Deuce" Maxey.

Visitation: Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 9:15am-10:15am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd, Glen Mills, PA 19342. Funeral Mass: Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 10:30am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Burial: Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
