Gisela S. (nee Schiek) Treichel, 88, entered into eternal life with her Lord and Savior on January 31, 2019. Gisela loved her family dearly. She enjoyed going to church, dinner with her family and friends, traveling, and playing bridge.  She attended Peirce Business College in Philadelphia and enjoyed her career in banking and finance.

She was the daughter of the late Susanne and George Schiek, and wife of the late Reverend Dr. Edward Treichel.  She is survived by her daughters, Valerie Jeske (Michael) and Marcella Curtiss; son, Matthew (Noriko); grandson, Andrew; and granddaughter, Melanie.  She was well loved by her family and will be greatly missed.  She is blessed to be out of pain and with her Lord Jesus Christ, husband, and parents.

Visitation and Service: visitors may call on Saturday, February 9th from 10:00 – 11:00 am at Reformation Lutheran Church, Rose Tree Road, Media followed by the Service of Christian Burial at 11 am. Graveside interment will be private.

In Lieu of Flowers: donations may be to Silver Springs Martin Luther School, 512 West Township Line Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
