Ines DeMarco, age 80, passed away on December 15, 2023. Ines was born in Miglianico, Italy and came to the United States when she was 16 years old. First landing in South Philadelphia, before moving to Delaware County where she raised her family. She worked for many years as a seamstress for Accent Uniform in Eddystone, as well as doing freelance work as a seamstress. Ines was a longtime member of Our Lady of Peace Church in Milmont Park. In addition to her family, her greatest joy in life came from creating delicious meals. She was known for her amazing Italian specialties, chicken cutlets, pasta, meatballs and roasted peppers. She also enjoyed gardening, winemaking and trying her hand at the casino. She was also a member of the Italian/American social club "Associazione Regionale Abruzzese Delco". Ines was the daughter of Rocco Montanaro and Maria Santina LaMonaco. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pantaleone DeMarco and her son, Rossano DeMarco. Survivors: Son, Leo DeMarco (Heather); grandchildren, Alicia Howarth (Jamie), Michael Montanaro; Madelyn DeMarco and Juliana DeMarco; brother's-in-law, Nicholas DeMarco (Ruth), and Joseph Sigismondi; and sister-in-law, Lucy DeMarco.
