Jacquelyn "Jacki" (Oliver) Teofilak, of Eddystone passed away peacefully at Taylor Hospice House on October 5, 2016. Born in Darby, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Marie Oliver.

Jacki graduated from Smedley Jr. High School and Chester High School in 1953. She was a 30 year member of St. Robert's Church where she was active with their C.Y.O. Jacki was a current member of St. Rose of Lima Church in Eddystone.

She was the wife of the late Frank Teofilak, mother of the late Michael Teofilak and sister of the late June Palishusky and Marie "Babs" Oliver.

SURVIVORS: Loving and devoted Children: Lisa Kay (Tom), John (Sharon), Ted (Kathy), and Steve Teofilak (Christina), sisters: Loretta Pinnock and Lee Willa, brother, Jack Oliver (Yvonne), 9 loving grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 14 nieces and nephews.
