James J. Carr, age 72, passed away in Elkton, MD on December 3, 2022. Jim was born in Chester, PA, and raised in Garden City, PA, and was a graduate of Nether Providence High School, class of 1970. In 1989 he and his wife, Jo Ann, moved to Oxford, PA, where they have been for 30+ years. Jim was a truck driver for Wawa as well as a lifetime member of the Garden City Fire Department. He served his country proudly as a member of the U.S. Army.

Jim is the son of the late Lawrence and Mabel Carr, and brother to the late Patricia Baylor and William Carr.

Survivors: His loving wife of 50 years Jo Ann Carr, his siblings: Thomas Carr (Beverly) and Sandra Reitano, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
