James Joseph Patrick, age 61, a resident of Boothwyn, PA, passed away on September 24, 2024. Jim was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of Henderson High School in West Chester, PA, and Indiana University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business. Jim was a fan of music, particularly Rock and Roll, watching football, and spending time playing video games on his computer. He also enjoyed reading the works of J.R.R. Tolkien and other fantasy authors and decorating his home to coordinate with the holiday or season, especially around Christmas. Jim loved the ocean and being at the beach. Above all else, Jim loved and cared for his family and cherished the time he spent with them, and he was always ready to take a family picture or video to capture the memories. His care for his family was evident in how much he loved his grandchildren and how seriously he took the job of babysitting. Jim is the son of the late Thomas Daniel and Elizabeth Ann Patrick, and brother of the late Tim Patrick. Survivors: His Beloved Wife: Maryellen Patrick. Children: Colleen Elizabeth Dorrin (Michael). Grandchildren: Luke Daniel, Lorelai Elizabeth, Lyta Serentiy, and Zhayne Michael. Siblings: Lisa Keefe (Jim), Rita Patrick, Michael Patrick (Kym), and Jennifer Schneider (Shawn).
