Jeffrey P. Armand, age 52, died on June 27, 2016. Jeffrey was raised in Upper Chichester. He graduated from St. Robert's Parochial School and Chichester High School class of 1982. Jeffrey was also a graduate of the Restaurant School of Philadelphia. He had recently resided in McKinney, TX where he was the owner and general manager of Sallio Bistro in Dallas.

Jeffrey was an avid history buff and a workaholic. He enjoyed cooking, entertaining, horse racing and casinos. He was a very caring person and a mentor to two special people, David Wilkins and Saul Carrasco.

He was the brother of the late David Armand.
