Jesse J. Creppon, age 84, passed away on January 17, 2024, in Prospect Park, PA. Born on December 26, 1939, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jesse touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jesse spent a majority of his life in Chester, PA, where he raised his family alongside his cherished wife, Judy. In his younger years he served his country proudly as a member of the US Army. Jesse dedicated his career to the automotive industry, initially working for General Motors before taking a role at Herker Property Management. With dedication and unwavering commitment, Jesse played an instrumental part in their growth over the years. He later went on to work for Delaware County Intermediate Unit Schools, further showcasing his passion for education and community service. Outside of work, Jesse found joy in various activities that brought him closer to his loved ones. Whether it be engaging in friendly competition on the bowling alley, immersing himself in the world of video games, or passionately supporting his beloved Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Eagles and Phillies, Jesse's enthusiasm was infectious, and he was known for being a big child at heart. Jesse enjoyed family trips to Wildwood as well as Lake Garrison in Mullica Hills, NJ. He found solace in the simple pleasures of life, savoring a cup of coffee, and immersing himself in the captivating worlds of western films and TV, with a particular fondness for John Wayne, Abbott and Costello, and the Three Stooges. But above all, Jesse cherished his time with his grandchildren, relishing every moment spent together. Jesse is the son of the late Clayburn and Adella (nee Robinson) Creppon. He is predeceased by his wife Judy (nee Whitelock) Creppon, his sons Andy and Joe Creppon as well as his sister in law Janet Dahlquist. Survivors: His loving daughter: Joanna Jones (Rick), his grandchildren: Raegan (mother Trish) and Blake, his sister-in-law: Janice Nichols (Dave), as well as many very loving nieces and nephews. Visitation: Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 10:00am - 11:00am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave. Aston, PA 19014. Funeral Service: Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 11:00am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. Burial: Private.
