John C. Berziski, age 81, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2024. John was born and raised in Chester, PA, and currently resided in Aston, PA, with his daughter, Ann. He was a graduate of St. James High School, class of 1960. John spent his career in the steel industry working for various companies over the years. He was a former parishioner of St. Hedwigs Church and Resurrection of Lourdes Church, both in Chester. John maintained his connection with his faith in recent years, waking up at 6am to watch Mass on TV. John enjoyed spending time at the beach, particularly Cape May, New Jersey, where he and Juliana had a home for over 20 years. He loved traveling, going on cruises and most importantly, spending time with family. John was an avid reader and he enjoyed fishing and watching the Flyers and Eagles. He was son of the late, Charles and Marie Berziski. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Juliana and brother-in-law, Thomas Long. He is survived by his daughters, Monica Nearey (Tom) and Ann Fantini (Chris); grandchildren: Mario, Dante, Erin, Hannah, and Bridget, and sister, Joan Long.
