John Joseph Bruni,72, a resident of Claymont, DE, passed away on January 31, 2026. Born and raised in Chester and Upland, Pa, John was a graduate of Chester High School. He served his nation proudly as member of the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. Prior to his retirement, John was a UPS truck driver. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time at the beach with his son and rooting on the Philadelphia sports teams.

John was the son of the late John Joseph Bruni and Gertrude Farr, and brother of the late Barbara Perkins, Marie Mickens, and Margaret Bruni.
