John Thomas Carlin, age 45, passed away suddenly following a cardiac episode at home in Glen Mills, PA. John was a current resident of Media, PA, and was a 1998 graduate of Penncrest High School. He went on to work for Local 14 Philadelphia as an Asbestos worker. John loved walking his beloved dog, Bruce, hanging out with his friends and nephews, and driving for Uber. He was passionate about politics and his country, always willing to engage in "friendly" debates. Survivors: His Parents: John and Diane Carlin. Sister: Donya Carlin. Nephews: Jack and Charlie Morley. John is always survived by his aforementioned dog, Bruce, and his many cherished friends that he loved dearly. Visitation: Thursday, May 29th, 2025, 10:00am-1:00pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA 19014. Memorial Service: Thursday, May 29th, 2025, at 1:00pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home. Burial: Private. In Lieu of a luncheon, a celebration of life for friends and family will be held at a later date.
