John M. Kubeck, better known as "Jack", age 76, co-owner and operator of Chalmers & Kubeck, Inc., died November 1, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Jack was a resident of West Chester, PA and enjoyed spending winters at his homes on Singer Island, FL and St. Maarten.

He was the son of the late John E., Jr. and Eleanor Kubeck.

His wife of 49 years: Mary Ann (Beaumont) Kubeck, his son: Chris Kubeck (Kelly) and their children; Mara, Lorelei, and Halie, his daughter: Stephanie Kubeck-Ferro and her children: Colby, Jack, and Lydia, his sister: Susan Criddle (Dana) and his brother, Dennis Kubeck (Janice).

VISITATION: Friday, November 9,2018 from 9:30-11:15am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA. Funeral Liturgy: Friday at 11:30 am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston Burial: Private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to Paoli Memorial Hospital.
