John H. Jackalous, Jr., 33, of Media, PA, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 in Delaware County, PA. John was born in Chester, PA and raised in Upper Chichester, PA. John was a graduate of Chichester High School and ATC Automotive in Exton, PA.

John was a hard worker and an ASE Certified Master Technician. His hobbies included racing and building anything that had a motor in it. His goal was to make things go as fast as possible! From old classic cars, quads/dirt bikes, motorcycles and his most recent love, his diesel truck.

John's family extended well beyond the list of loved ones mentioned below. Anyone who had the pleasure to spend time with John would consider him family.

He was the grandson of the late Betty Jablouski, and the Step-Son of the late Carl Schaeffer.

Jackalous, Sr.; step parents: William and Susan Whelan; children: Nolan Stott and Jacob Stott; grandparents: Frank (Patricia) Jackalous and Regina Ann Whelan; siblings: Daniel (Dianna) Jackalous, Hunter (Emily) Jackalous, Dana (Evan) Nafziger; and nephews Liam and Ethan, Amanda (Kevin) Waldt, nephew Benjamin, Sabrina Speed, and Billy (Samantha) Whelan; and many aunts and uncles.
