Joseph Anthony Bender, "Joey," passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 32. Joey was born in Chester and raised in Aston, PA, he was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 2009. In high school, Joey's athletic prowess shone brightly as he played both football and lacrosse, but it was football that captured his heart. His passion for the sport transcended high school, as he continued to play football beyond his graduation. Beyond sports, Joey cherished vacationing in Wildwood, NJ, where he found peace by the ocean and created cherished memories with loved ones. Above all else, Joey's greatest source of happiness was spending time with his beloved daughter, Giada. His devotion to her was unwavering, and their bond was a testament to the depth of his love and commitment as a father.
