Obituary

Joseph E. Kokoszka, age 63, passed away on July 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Joseph was born in Chester, PA, and graduated from St. James High School, Class of 1981. He later raised his family in Ogden, PA, and most recently made his home in Millsboro, DE. Joseph dedicated 42 years of service to PECO, most recently working as a Senior Distribution Mechanic. He was a proud member of American Legion Post 951 in Ogden and the Arnot Sportsmen's Club. An avid outdoorsman, Joseph had a passion for hunting and fishing and enjoyed spending time outdoors. Above all, he treasured the time he spent with those he loved.

Joseph was the son of the late Joseph Kokoszka and the brother of the late Edward Kokoszka.

He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Nancy Antonette; his children, Alesha Toanone (Branden), Joey Kokoszka, and Dylan Toscano (Amanda); his mother Hedwig (née Krolikowski) Kokoszka; his sister, Jeannie Shaffer (Wayne); his sister-in-law, Lori Kokoszka; and his grandchildren, Joseph Neiss, Gracelynn Wright, and Bryson Toscano.
