Karl A. Gelston, age 90, of Aston, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021. Karl was born in Derry, West Moreland County, PA in 1930. He graduated from Derry High School in PA, and worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad, Conrail, and Amtrak, as well as being a Lieutenant Colonel for the National Guard of the United States before being honorably discharged. In retirement, he enjoyed feeding the squirrels, bird watching, and building homes for the Aston Land Corporation that he owned and solely operated.

His vociferous laugh, giving heart and personality will be missed by all. Karl was the beloved husband of the late H. Louise Gelston, son of the late Josephine and Gerald Gelston, Jr., brother of the late Lenora Muir, Glady Thomas, and Alice Migliore, and the grandfather of the late Andrew Graham.

Survivors: His Two Daughters: Cynthia Ann Graham and Robin Lopez Gelston; A Sister: Rita Mines Evans; Five Grandchildren: Rebecca Graham, Kelly McLemore, Catalina, Sofia, and Javier Lopez; and Three Great-Grandchildren: Tyler, McKenzie, and Sawyer McLemore.
