Katherine M. DeSantis (née Mein), "Kathy," age 82, passed away on April 13, 2026. Kathy was born in Philadelphia, PA, and raised in Ardmore, PA. She graduated from Lankenau School for Girls. She later moved to the West Coast, where she raised her family in California and western Oregon. Kathy owned and operated a cleaning business for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time at the shore, especially in Ocean City, NJ, where she had a home, and she loved hosting dinners for family and friends. Kathy was a devoted Jehovah's Witness, and her faith was an important part of her life.

She was the daughter of the late Stewart and Ruth (née Gaul) Mein; the beloved wife of the late Biagio DeSantis; and the mother of the late Daniel Wilcox.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Wilcox; her stepchildren, John DeSantis (Maria), Domenic DeSantis (Marta), and Josephine Moyer (Scott); her siblings, Pam Pennypacker and Stewart Mein III; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be announced shortly.
