Leonard D. Lutz, age 67, a resident of Philadelphia, passed away with his daughter Sara by his side, holding his hand, on July 16, 2019 at her and her husband's home in Aston, PA. He was a graduate of West Philadelphia High School. Leonard was a Computer Programmer and was involved in the creation of EZ-Pass. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and a "Dead Head". Leonard was a loving and devoted father who cherished his only daughter Sara.

He was the son of the late Arnold Lutz.
